Yoga for English Speakers (Vinyasa)

For everyone that doesn't speak german or is still in the process of getting comfortable with the german language. Also for everyone who would like to surround themselves with the english language in the setting of a Yoga Class. I invite you to join this class so that you end your day with a feeling of connection to your Self and your Body. You are going to feel more relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Yoga does not only involve the body, we move through Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation to help you calm the mind and enter a deep state of awareness and peace. It would be helpful to bring some experience in Yoga to the Class but it isn't mandatory.
This course is in English.
